DESCRIPTION
The aim of this Intellectual Output is to determine the current profile of young people in rural areas, defining their skills through interviews in partner countries. With that current profile as a reference, professionals in the field of social entrepreneurship and youth employment will be asked to define which competences they expect in the young entrepreneurs of the future.
Based on the analysis of the current situation, a competency model will be defined to capture the reality of rural environments.
